Training Policies

(Applicable on all Fitness Memberships)

HEALTH ATTESTATION

• The Member attests that they are fully able to participate in an exercise regimen of their design or choosing without undue risk.

GYM MEMBERSHIP DUES

• The Member agrees to pay either monthly or annual dues within a period of 15 days of the commencement of a membership plan. These dues shall be paid by UPI/debit or credit card transaction or in-person via cash.

MEMBER ACCESS

• This gym membership agreement entitles the member to access Formula Fitness™ India facilities so long as all dues are current.

PERSONAL & GROUP TRAINING

• Personal training and fitness classes are offered by the gym but are not included in the member’s membership dues. Formula Fitness™ Unisex Gym Center reserves the right to demand additional fees for any personal or group training that the Member chooses to participate in.

INDEMNIFICATION

• This gym membership serves as a liability release, pursuant to which the Member agrees to indemnify and hold Formula Fitness™ Unisex Gym Center harmless against any and all claims of loss or damage without limitation.

GYM RULES & PARTICIPATION

• The Member hereby agrees to abide by all posted safety guidelines and regulations while using Formula Fitness™ Unisex Gym Center and Formula Fitness™ India facilities/equipment. Additionally, the Member agrees to dress and conduct themselves in a manner deemed appropriate for a fitness facility.

• The Member shall not consume drugs, alcohol, or tobacco products on Formula Fitness™ India property. The Member agrees not to photograph or videotape on Formula Fitness'™ India property. Formula Fitness™ India reserves the right to revoke the Member’s access if these terms are violated.

GYM MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

• This gym membership may be canceled by providing written notice, in person, at Formula Fitness™. If the gym membership contract is canceled prior to the contract expiration date, the Member agrees to pay a cancellation fee of the cancellation fee.

BINDING LAW

• This gym membership contract shall be considered binding upon the Member and Formula Fitness™ Unisex Gym Center and shall be upheld and enforced in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh. Any legal proceedings related to this gym membership contract shall take place in courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

NO REFUND POLICY

• At Formula Fitness™ Unisex Gym Center, we have a clear ‘No Refund Policy.' Once you sign this membership agreement, the member agrees that the membership has been purchased with their full consent. Further, any membership cancellations will have no refund liabilities.
